We are looking for a Visual Merchandising & Styling Specialist who will be supporting in executing global innovation launches and seasonal brand campaign executions. In this role you will obsess the consumer journey by executing strong seasonal storytelling through product innovations and styling on a 365 base.

  • You will be delivering the day-to-day visual merchandising & styling inside the store.

  • Maintain a close working collaboration with the VMS Coaches & commercial teams to implement world class visual merchandising & styling in line with the brand expectation.

  • You will be responsible to deliver the highest level of VMS excellence on a 365 base.

  • Story tell consumer mindsets through creative and seamless styling.

  • Support on providing a bi-weekly update on business needs, strengths, and opportunities as part of the VMS excellence in store.

In this role, you will join the Nike Store retail in Paris reporting into the Coach VMS. You will be based in the city center of Paris.

As part of your role, you will be partnering up with the broader VMS and marketing team and commercial functions within the store as well as external suppliers, agencies, and third-party vendors.

  • Education in the field of retail, visual merchandising, and styling and/or Bachelor in the field of retail marketing, communication, art & design, fashion & styling.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail with a talent in visual merchandising & styling.

  • Fluent in French in both written and verbal communication; English speaking knowledge is an advantage.

  • Strong interest in fashion & styling through digital followership and special interest media.

  • Ability to create product executions based on innovation storytelling and key volume drivers.

  • Ability to deliver & improvise strong floor zoning plans autonomously.

  • Demonstrate creativity and agility in a fast-moving environment.

  • Analytical capabilities of product sales.

  • Demonstrate Brand passion and act with integrity.

  • Understanding and enthusiasm of retail industry and sales is essential.
