Job Description
- Handle the entire recruitment process — from sourcing to placement for US-based clients.
- Understand and analyze job descriptions (JDs) shared by clients or account managers.
- Source candidates using US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn , etc.
- Perform Boolean searches , headhunting, and passive candidate sourcing.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations .
- Maintain candidate and client data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client needs.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws , company policies, and contract terms.
- Work in night shifts (India time) to align with US business hours.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on hiring progress, submittals, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
