Program Manager
Location: Ventura, CA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $60,000 – $66,430/year (DOE)

Eastridge is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead and grow inclusive community sports and youth engagement programs across Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. This role focuses on outreach, event coordination, volunteer supervision, and relationship management to enhance community impact and advance regional program goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Community Management
- Develop and manage community engagement plans aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate regional activities including seasonal sports expos and inclusive events
- Oversee inventory, office assets, and vendor coordination for program logistics
Unified Champion Schools (UCS)
- Manage school partnerships and implement UCS initiatives including Unified Sports and Youth Leadership
- Track school program participation and maintain accurate data using internal platforms
Volunteer & Team Leadership
- Supervise volunteers and interns to support program delivery and events
- Foster collaboration among schools, local organizations, and community partners
Sports Event Oversight
- Plan and execute regional sports competitions and training events
- Ensure compliance with rules, safety protocols, and training standards
Reporting & Administration
- Ensure timely compliance with reporting, payroll, expenses, and budgeting
- Support fundraising initiatives and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in program management, youth development, or sports administration
- 2+ years of volunteer or staff supervision
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities a plus
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management
- Must be able to travel locally and work occasional evenings/weekends
- Valid CA driver’s license and insurance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with participant database systems preferred
