Job Description

Salary: $50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and general technology
• Some college experience preferred, especially in liberal arts fields such as English, History, Music, etc.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong self-direction with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Keen interest in technology and problem-solving abilities

• Provide help desk support for small businesses via email, phone, remote desktop, and onsite visits in the Chicagoland area 1-3 times per week
• Assist clients with issues related to Windows, Macs, and mobile devices, focusing on Office 365 and Google Workspace cloud management
• Manage daily tasks and responsibilities autonomously while maintaining organization and ensuring follow-up
• Engage with clients confidently and professionally, taking on responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Continuously learn on the job to enhance skills and provide effective support
