We strive to provide an excellent family friendly entertainment and experiences. Opened in November of 2009, Boondocks Food & Fun is a year-round park featuring over 8 acres of rides and attractions including 20 Lane Bowling Center, two Go-Karting tracks, Ropes Course, Bumper Boats, two Miniature Golf courses, Batting Cages, Laser Tag, XD Theater, a Huge Arcade, and The BD Restaurant & Bar. 

What we expect

As a Bartender/Server at Boondocks your role is to create a fun and friendly experience for our guests by preparing and serving drinks, taking food orders, delivering excellent and accurate orders, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar/service area. You will work closely with a team to ensure our guests enjoy every moment, making each interaction enjoyable and professional. If you're energetic, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for great service, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibilities

· Take and serve beverages and/or food orders placed by the guest.

· Comply with Utah state alcohol regulations and service laws

· Prepare cocktails, wine, and beer orders for bar guests and waitstaff orders

· Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

· Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol

· Serve food and/or beverages to guests as required

· Clean bar dishes and glassware regularly

· Process payment transactions

· Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by park management to uphold Boondocks Standards.

Minimum Job Requirements

· Must be 21 years old or older

· Utah On-Premise Alcohol Server Certification

· Ability to operate a POS system and close out orders in multiple forms of payment.

· Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change

· Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes

· Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions

· Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, and team oriented

· Well-groomed and neat appearance

· Weekend availability preferred.
