Deine Aufgaben
- Conduct safety inspections: Regularly inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop & implement safety policies: Create and roll out safety policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the project site.
- Training and Education: Provide safety trainings and educate workers, ensuring they understand safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain records and documentation related to safety activities, including training sessions, inspections, and incident reports.
- Promote Safety Culture: Foster a culture of safety within the organization by leading safety meetings and initiatives.
Dein Profil
- OSHA 30 – Construction
- CPR/AED Certification
- Previous experience in construction safety or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
