As a Gallery Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of our gallery spaces while driving sales and customer engagement. Your creative flair and keen eye for design will help to craft captivating displays that reflect our brand’s identity and attract visitors. You’ll collaborate with our staff members to ensure that our merchandise is showcased in an inviting manner, while also managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement eye-catching window displays, glass and giftware arrangements, and artwork curation, optimizing visibility and sales potential.
• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and organized efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct regular assessments of merchandising effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts in merchandising, sales, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or merchandising, with a solid understanding of retail math principles.
• Knowledge of interior design concepts and visual design principles to enhance gallery aesthetics and boost sales
• Artistic background, gallery experience, or art education
