Build positive relationships with clients and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Support client-facing marketing and event campaigns
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and coordination for client programs and events
Communicate client goals and feedback to internal teams to ensure campaign success
Track client engagement, participation, and outcomes for reporting purposes
Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to develop client relations skills
