Rapid Packaging has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to become part of our energetic and dedicated Customer Success team! Our Customer Success Specialist makes an impact serving as both a key interface and essential resource for our customers. The position’s key responsibilities include customer engagement and support, order management and fulfillment, administrative operations, sales and margin support as well as cross functional collaboration across the organization.
