As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you will represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs . You’ll interact directly with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and help communicate campaign missions and fundraising goals.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, and promotions , with clear pathways into leadership and management roles.
Engage with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs
Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service at all times
Clearly communicate campaign messaging and fundraising information
Answer questions confidently and assist supporters throughout events
Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations
Build strong relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners
Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional event environment
