We are a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company focused on creating memorable brand experiences while making a meaningful impact in local communities. Through partnerships with leading nonprofit and charity organizations , we deliver engaging fundraising campaigns, live events, and community outreach initiatives that drive awareness and support important causes.

We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives . This is an immediate hire opportunity with full training provided.

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you will represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs . You’ll interact directly with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and help communicate campaign missions and fundraising goals.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, and promotions , with clear pathways into leadership and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service at all times

  • Clearly communicate campaign messaging and fundraising information

  • Answer questions confidently and assist supporters throughout events

  • Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations

  • Build strong relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners

  • Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional event environment
