We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Content & Photography Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the visual storyteller for our properties—traveling to hotels, capturing professional photo and video content, and creating engaging marketing materials that bring our guest experience to life. If you love photography, have an eye for design, and enjoy working in new and beautiful locations, this is the job for you. 

What You’ll Do  

• Travel to properties across Maine and New Hampshire to capture updated photography and video, including room walkthroughs, amenities, and destination shots 
• Stage and prepare rooms for shoots, create shot lists, and coordinate with property managers 
• Edit and optimize images and videos for use in web, social media, and print 
• Create, gather, and post social media content (photos, Reels, short-form videos, captions) 
• Keep online listings (Google, TripAdvisor, Bing, etc.) current with fresh, high-quality images 
• Design visual graphics and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite 
• Assist with seasonal email marketing campaigns by sourcing images and content 
• Maintain and organize our shared content library for easy team access 

What We’re Looking For  

• Strong photography skills with a portfolio of past work (hospitality, travel, or real estate experience a plus) 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and Canva 
• Comfortable traveling to properties and working independently 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once 
• Drone photography and videography skills  
• Great communication and collaboration skills
